Sustainability Performance
Helping your company to achieve a sustainable business.
Sustainability Performance is a consultancy company specialised in delivering cutting-edge management knowledge.
The company was established in 2001 as a result of the successful PHD of his founder, Dr. Jose Flavio Coelho. The first job, that was based on the Flavio's applied PhD research, was the implementation of a sustainability pilot project in a multidirectional supply chain linked to Boyne Smelters (Rio Tinto's company). The supply chain had the participation of the regional community.
Among a series of other management services, the company offers new products to the market as SPEMS (Sustainability Performance Evaluation Management Systems Model for Individual Organisations and Supply Chains), NIP (Network of Interested Parties) and PSPL (Personal Strategic Plan for Life).
